5 Tools Every Female Should Have

Hi Dolls,
Welcome Back !!!
Now this might be an odd post to write about but I think its what every lady should know about. I was helping my hubby with putting his tools away from the long day of  house work. Now we all know things tend to break randomly and not having the tools to To fix the simple fixes would or can be a nightmare, Now for some they might
have fathers, boyfriends, & husbands to ask for help, but not everyone has this option, so I asked my husband and we came up with these 5 tools that every female should have. These 5 might be obvious but these will come In handy. Let me stop blabbing and get the top five tool.

 Hammer

You want to get a nice heavy hammer.
The stanley line antivibe hammers are excellent hammers  for a reasonable price.
Common uses are for pulling nails and banging nails into walls and whatever else.

Razor Knife

Used for almost anything you need a knife for
and the blades are super sharp.

I also found out that those starter kits that are design for females

are usually not good, So don't waste your hard earned money on something that's
not going to hold up. Instead invest in the good stuff and if you want to give them spruce you could decorate your tools with washi or ducktape.

 Channel Locks

It adjusts to any size great for any kind of plumbing repair.
It can be a substitute for almost any wrench. You can get a two pack which has a couple of different sizes. The brand that we recommend getting is the
channel lock brand. My hubby and I found out through trial and error
that imitation's don't usually work as well.

  6-in 1 Screw Driver

Now this is one of my favorite tools. What is so good about this is it has your two most common size screwdrivers the 2 philips and the 2 flat heads
as well as a 61/4 head hex nut driver
and also a 5/16 which fits all your common hose claps sizes.

 Flat Bar

Use for all types of demolition and used for pulling and prying things apart.
Makes an awesome scraper. The brand you want to look for is
vaughn super bar or the estwing.

Now there are probably a few more that I have not mention but this is it for now. Hope this help & gives you a good start. What is your favorite tool to use?

DIY Tomato Cages

Hi Dolls,
Welcome Back!!

We started our garden last year and it was quite a learning experience. With the new season we did things a little diffirent.  We extended our garden, We laid down plastic to lock moisture and keep the weeds out, which to my surprise actually works well. I believe I even heard my hubby tell me "I told you so"!! lol. So many tiny but effective changes to make our garden better, but one of the problems we have is keeping the critters and bugs away which I got to admit we have not figured it out yet, but up for any suggestion. We planted tomatoes again this year and last year we had brought from walmart and Meijers those tomato cages which after a week they broke and didn't hold up our tomatoes, so you can imagine how upsetting it was after spending the money on these tomato cages, now granted it wasn't a lot but the fact was it was still a waste, This now brings me to my little DIY.
I'm going to show you all how to make your own tomato cages with just a few supplies,
Who doesn't love the sound of that? So lets begin.

Things your gonna need are

~3 Ft X 50 Ft Full 14 Gauge Welded Wire Fencing
~Wire Cutters
~Needle nose (Optional )

Take your wire fencing, which can be found at Home Depot for about $24 dollars  and pull as much as you need to fit  your Tomato plants.

Now let it fold on itself. The wiring naturally wants to go in a circle so it's very easy to do.

Take your Wire Cutters and cut right at where the horizontal and vertical wires meet while the wire is in a circle. You may have to move the wire circle aside so you can can get a nice cut.

Next you want to form a circle and line up edge so that it will close nicely.

Next you want to fold the little extra wire that's attached to your circle a few times to close the circle.
This is where you may need to use your needle nose.

Place the cage around your tomato plants very carefully and  now do that to the rest of your tomato plants and there you have it.

Well what ya think Pretty easy right. I have to tell you we have not yet had any problem wahoo!!
That's it dolls hope you find this helpful. What do you do to Keep The Critters and bugs off your Plants ??  I just have to know.  Like What you See, Then Don't Forget to Like, Comment & Follow Me

Simple Steps To Set Up A Welcome Table For Guests

 Hi Dolls,

We all have guest at some point in time.
As the hostess It Is our job to make them feel like they are welcome. Now for some this might be easy and for others It might not be your thing,
But with these simple steps you can make your guest feel right at home, at least for the time being.

Start out with a lil research to find out what your guest likes and make sure you know what there allergic to, cause trust me you don't want that stress.

Now find A spot In the room your guest is staying in, once you have it you are ready to begin.

Find A table
now It can be any table
like an end table, Coffee table, or just a small table.
If you don't want to use or have the room for a table
you could use a basket or tray
so there are tons of options for you to use.

Find A pretty table covering
this can be a real pretty sheet, A piece of fabric
or a table cloth or you could just go plan.

Flowers are the perfect way to greet your guest.
It gives the room a fresh sweet homey feel.
the flowers can be fresh cut or brought at a store.
keep in mind your guest maybe allergic to certain scents.

Now welcome your guest
with a sign or A card.
Show them that you are glad for there visit.

Last find out what type of food, candy, or
special kinds of goodies they like.
By doing this it will show
them that you went out of your way to make
them feel At home.

Once you have all of these things
you can start setting up your table.

Now remember you can add your own touches
to make it your own.

There you have it. I hope this helps spark some ideas for your house guest.
What are some of  the things you do for your guest ?? This gal would love to know

OK fess up cause I know you do lol.
I found a way to reuse them in a different way
just by changing there shape, how cool is that right!

Now instead of having those awful gusset on the sides that take up space
it will have a bit more space for other smaller items like books, Cd's,phones, gifts
and more.
Ok enough of me blabbing
here how its done.

Supplies Needed
Scissors
Any Treat Bag
Double sided sticky tape
and a Bone Folder

Directions

1) Take the treat bag and cut the seam off the bottom of the bag.

2) Where the gusset is there is a line down the center
fold the center line in half and give it a good Crease.

3) Now at the bottom of the bag fold just a Lil up and give it a good Crease.

4) The line you just folded take the corner on both sides and fold them to that line
and give them a crease.

5) Take your scissors and cut off the corners.

 6) At the bottom there will be 2 flaps so take the first flap and cut that off.

7) Take your tape and run a strip at the bottom edge of the remains flap.

where I give you the inside scoop on places to visit or foods to eat while
your in our great state better know as Michigan.
Some of these might be obvious but others are little hidden treasures
that we found to be charming.
Lets Beginning !

I was out with my Husband
we had stumbled upon a unique hidden treasure a old fashion type
house that was decorated like Christmas called Silver Bells
which is located in Dundee MI here is there  Facebook page

I became excited because who doesn't  love year round Christmas stores.
We opened the door and was greeted warmly by 2 women,
we instantly felt like a kids in a toy store you know eyes wide and the automatic Jaw drop
in aw from the beauty of all the ornaments and shiny lights.
Silver Bells is beautifully decorated and not busy at all in fact we were the only ones there,
granted it was a Sunday and in march so I didn't expect it to be crowded.

They have lots of little rooms filled with
ornaments, plates, salt and pepper shakers,
books,  signs, and so much more.

 Each tree is beautifully decorated.
who knows you may find that one unique piece
that you been longing to find!!

they also have  a whole section of Wolverines stuff
which if you know one thing about Michigan they go Crazy
for there Football!, although it pains me to say that being close to the Ohio border
they even have a Ohio State Section. so all you Ohio State Fans can rest easy LOL .

How To Decorate each Month On the cheap

Hi Dolls,

I'm Going to show you a very simple way to Decorate
each month without spending alot of money,
Now who Doesn't love the sound of That ??

I love to Decorate for each season/ Holiday
but my problem is
I really don't have the space and I have Cats
and you know when you have cats
they like to get up in all your stuff
and cause lots of trouble!!

It all begins with a tree,
Now I know what your thinking
why a tree when you have cats??
My tree is used as a background for my YouTube videos
and is in a room where my cats are not allowed.
You can use your tree for whatever your Lil hearts desires.

Now the size of the tree is up to you
depending on your space or size of your house/apartment
Mine is a small tree that i got after Christmas on clearance
for under 10 Dollars.
Remember the bigger the tree the more
money it cost to decorate it.

So Now the question is
how in the world do i decorate it?
After Christmas is a Great time to buy all your glass ornaments
Last Year I got all the color bulbs  i wanted and it only cost me $10
Is that a score or What!!!

Each month comes out with stuff of it's own, rather it be
spring, summer, Fall and Winter
or whatever holidays falls in between.
Just get Creative and decide what you want to do.
I'm going to show you What I did for October.

Halloween is this month so I've decided
to make a Halloween tree.
these are the items I had brought
for my tree.

the total cost was $7.00 this month.
Coupons and sales is always the best way to go
when it comes to this sort of thing.
My average spending for each month
is $10.00 or less.
Once you Buy it all it wont cost you a thing
the next year is that great or what!!!

Now it decorating Time!
Get Creative and make it your own.
 Place your things
where ever your Lil Hearts desires.

Here is what my tree looks like
for this month!!
see easy peasy right??
Now it your turn !!

Well That's It Dolls
I would love to see what
you do with your tree!!
What is your Favorite Holiday/season
to decorate ?
